At Orbik, we depend on each other. Our goal is to bring people
onto our team who will help raise the overall quality of the
company. Inviting someone new to join Orbik needs to make
the team stronger because we're in a hurry to get better—at
what we do, what we know, and yes, even at who we are. So
hiring for us is somewhere between dating and stock picking.
