We complement the leadership of our clients to deliver
complete interactive solutions. Producing a complete
solution means applying a broad set of skills coherently
throughout a logical process to create a digital product
that addresses complex communication issues for a
given audience.
Along the way, strategic aims must be rethought and
understood; conceptual and actual designs must be
formed; and the right technologies must be chosen
and applied. To achieve real value out of all of this,
each step must be taken as a coordinated and deliberate
move through a process.
I. Investigation
The Investigation stage is our opportunity to really
get to know our client and thoroughly understand the
project at hand. We conduct in-depth discussions with
a client's business and technology representatives,
review current print and online materials, and review
the client's overall goals. Here we also begin to
understand the various audiences for the project,
internally and externally. This typically includes
executive interviews, target market studies, and user
interviews. We begin to learn how the client's current
customers perceive their image and branding. In short,
we try to identify all of the variables that will
play a part in creating the most effective solution.
To conclude this stage, we typically present an
Investigation Document to state our findings and agree
upon the current situation and a few broad project
strategies to be further explored.
II. Strategy Exploration
The Strategy Exploration stage lays the groundwork
for an eventual solution. Here, we explore the various
ways we can meet project goals, and provide answers
to issues we discovered during the Investigation.
This stage requires a high level of client interaction,
collaboration, and feedback. Ultimately, we're setting
the course for your final product. We'll use architecture
studies and storyboards, as well as visuals for design
concepts and look and feel studies to help the team
foresee what's ahead.
Typically, the outcome of this exploration is discussed
in a Strategy Presentation to key stakeholders at
its conclusion.
III. Solutions Development
The Solution Development stage is the critical transition
from ideas to creation. This is when the "rubber
meets the road". We prove our ideas will work,
and we refine them for production. We get down to
content listing and sourcing plans; back-end technical
designs are prepared; information flow and interface
designs are polished and finalized in pages or screens.
An Artwork Review with style guide, a Production
Plan with technical specifications, and a Refined
Timeline are presented at the conclusion of this stage.
IV. Implementation
The Implementation stage involves the execution of
the designs created during Solution Development. Also
involved is a complete quality assurance testing and
client review and revisions process that is executed
at various intervals during Implementation. A customer
experience review and usability testing are often
performed to fine tune and verify the quality of the
final product. Finally, the project is turned over
to the client through a controlled handoff approach:
all information is thoroughly archived and documented,
and the client's business and technology staff have
a clear understanding of the solutions we have provided.
Programming code, Content, a QA Report, and Final
Documentation are delivered. After the project, our
team conducts a Post-project Collaborative Review
with the client.
